Diving in Havana

The famous white sand beaches located to the east of the city of Havana constitute one of the many attractions of the Cuban capital. However, the city has 52 km of coast that offer the visitor multiple spaces to carry out a great variety of activities. The Malecón de la Habana, for example, is the ideal place to appreciate a beautiful sunset, to rest and to take the pulse of the city at dusk. To the west of the city, on the other hand, are located a group of small reef beaches visited by locals, whose main attraction is the richness and variety of its seabed. A very recommendable option is to use the mask and the esnoker. But if you really are looking for a unique experience, diving is the option you are looking for.

In SpanishCuba we work with various diving clubs in the city. We offer options for all users: several beginner or advanced diving courses (deep diving, night diving, streaming, underwater orientation, etc.) as well as guided two-hour excursions. These last ones, with a price of 40 CUC, include the rent of the equipment of diving as well as the guide in Spanish or English.

If you want an excursion, we will reserve it for the day that suits you best. If you want to know about the different courses, write us to aprende.spanishcuba@gmail.com. We will send the information immediately. Do not miss the opportunity to know the city from a different perspective.
